Section Awards

The Wellness and Prevention Services Sections offers the Sparkle Project, Golden Project, Jeanne Palmer Excel Award, and the Bertlyn Bosley Award for Excellence in Public Health Nutrition. These awards will be presented during the annual conference to be held September 23-26, 2008 at the Convention Center and Sheraton in New Bern.

We solicit nominations from across our state. Neither the nominee nor the nominator have to be members of NCPHA or this section. Our goal is to highlight the excellent health education and nutrition work being done in North Carolina. Please feel free to forward these nomination forms on to anyone you think might be interested.
